After the difficult feelings of leaving ny wife for two months, I seem to hqve gotten mysemf sorted out. I arrived in >Tana last evening at 1AM. I am on the 3rd floor of Sokhotel which means you climb 4 floors... no lift. Hot as Haites with no AC no fan... cannot open window without setting up mosquito net. To late...just sleep.
They arise quite early here...5AM. Keyboards different so forgive errors. Lot of traffic. City of 1.8_ million. To the central mqrket this AM. Can buy anything from shoes to homemade potato chips etc. Only Caucasian on the street of thousands. Like being in a shiny new car everyone notices.
Streets are noisy and dirty. Lots of little kids but most do not bother you.
